About TK Elevator GmbH
TK Elevator GmbH, based in Düsseldorf, is TK Elevator's German parent company and brings together its German lift, escalator and building-mobility activities, with installation, service and modernisation.
For a project, it is worth requesting the full technical documentation, finish options and delivery lead times before finalising the design, and checking that the chosen product meets current standards and the building's use requirements.
It is also worth checking warranty terms, the service network and whether documentation is available in Spanish or English for the site team, so installation and maintenance do not depend on a single supplier.
