Schindler Deutschland AG & Co. KG, based in Berlin, is the German subsidiary of the Schindler Group and deals in lifts, escalators and moving walks, with installation, modernisation and maintenance for residential, commercial and public buildings.
Before contracting, it is useful to ask for an itemised offer covering supply, installation and after-sales service, and to clarify who handles commissioning, training and periodic inspections over the product's life.
A sound selection balances product quality, local technical support, spare-part availability and sustainability, and avoids deciding on initial price alone when operating costs matter.
