About Ascensa
Ascensa is a Guatemalan lift-service company based at Ofibodegas Zentro Plaza, zone 10, Guatemala City. It operates in vertical transport, a sector where safety and continuity of service are critical.
When evaluating a lift, consider capacity, speed, expected traffic, accessibility, and available space for the shaft and machine room. A poorly sized unit causes constant waiting and frequent breakdowns.
The maintenance contract deserves as much attention as the purchase: visit frequency, response time for trapped passengers, availability of spares, and emergency cover are points best put in writing.
