About KONE AG
KONE AG, based in Vienna, is the Austrian company of the Finnish KONE group, a specialist in lifts, escalators, autowalks and building doors. It provides new equipment, modernisation and maintenance, with digital services for people flow and equipment monitoring.
For a lift project, capacity, ride comfort, energy efficiency and connectivity are as important as the cabin finish. In modernisation, the existing shaft and the building's use pattern should guide the choice between a full replacement and a partial upgrade.
Owners and managers can use this entry to contact the Austrian organisation, then request a site survey and a service contract proposal, checking in particular the monitoring, maintenance intervals and emergency response arrangements.
