About Wattyl
Wattyl is an Australian paint and coatings brand with origins in 1915, now part of Valspar, a Sherwin-Williams company. It supplies decorative paints, stains, primers and protective coatings for residential, commercial and industrial use, with a network of Wattyl Paint Centres across Australia.
Its range includes interior and exterior wall paints, timber finishes, metal coatings such as Killrust, and specialist products for trade and DIY customers. The brand is widely used by professional painters and homeowners for renovation and new construction.
For the coatings market, Wattyl combines long Australian heritage with the technical resources of a global coatings group. Its focus on colour, coverage and durability makes it a standard specification choice for housing, commercial interiors and protective applications.
