kadawittfeldarchitektur

kadawittfeldarchitektur, based in Aachen, is an architecture practice: practice headquartered in Aachen with offices in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Cologne and Munich, working on architecture, urban planning and interiors for public, educational, cultural, office and research buildings.

Clients who value sustainability should ask about concrete energy, material and reuse strategies, not only about certificates, to check how they translate into the finished building and its running costs.

For refurbishment projects, it is worth assessing sensitivity to what already exists and the ability to integrate new services without losing the character of the building, a balance that defines much of the final success.
