About Ingarden & Ewý Architekci

Krakow studio founded in 1998 by Krzysztof Ingarden and Jacek Ewy, specialising in innovative public buildings such as ICE Krakow Congress Centre, the Malopolska Garden of Arts and the Manggha Museum, realised with Arata Isozaki.

Beyond architectural design, the studio takes part in competitions and in the Polish professional debate, and its works are published in specialist media, giving it a stable presence beyond its home city.

Taken together, this is a practice representative of Polish architecture today, with projects showing how local tradition, urban context and contemporary demands can coexist in a single building.
