About Indecal SRL
Indecal SRL is a Dominican laboratory specialising in soil and concrete testing, based in Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional, founded in 2015 by engineer Carlos Peña, MSc in soil mechanics.
It provides quality control in the laboratory and on site: soil and aggregate testing, fresh and hardened concrete testing, mix designs, vulnerability studies and technical advice on site, with certifications from the MOPC, the CNE and MIVED.
With more than 15 years of accumulated technical experience and procedures aligned with national and international standards and with ASTM and NORDOM standards, it presents itself as a technical ally for builders and infrastructure projects in the country.
