Beijing Geotechnical Institute

Beijing Geotechnical Institute (BGI) is the municipal geotechnical survey and design institute of Beijing, based in Haidian District.

It specialises in geotechnical investigation, foundation design, underground engineering and monitoring for the metro and major buildings of the capital.

Its experience in deep excavations and the protection of historic buildings makes it a reference geotechnical consultant in Beijing.
