Kendle Design Collaborative

Kendle Design Collaborative develops residential and commercial architecture with an interest in contemporary homes connected with nature, context, and client lifestyles. The relationship between program, layout, and context is central when considering services of this kind: spatial decisions need to respond to planned activities, site characteristics, and the needs of people using the facilities.

Its studio is located at Cattletrack Arts Compound in Scottsdale. The practice emphasizes documentation, construction detailing, and the involvement of specialists and craftspeople during design, connecting architectural intent with the conditions of building execution. Reviewing references by program and context helps identify which aspects of the practice can respond to the priorities of a particular assignment and its intended users.

An initial inquiry benefits from identifying the building use, location, approximate area, and whether the assignment involves new construction or an existing property. Reviewing comparable projects helps frame a discussion about scope, design stages, and coordination with the specialists required for the proposed work.
