Whirlwind Steel is a family-owned manufacturer of pre-engineered metal buildings and components founded in 1955 in Houston, Texas, which began as an industrial fan and louver company and is today one of the largest manufacturers in the industry.

The company produces steel framing, roof and wall panels, metal components and solar racking systems at plants in Texas, Georgia and Oklahoma totaling hundreds of thousands of square feet.

For agricultural, commercial, industrial, institutional and self-storage markets, Whirlwind brings in-house fabrication with internal engineering, certified components and a seventy-year family track record in metal buildings.
