About Volumen Arquitectura
Volumen Arquitectura is an architecture studio in Mérida that describes architecture, like music, as something that transforms its surroundings. Its stated aim is to create spaces with soul, where light, materials and form compose unique experiences.
The studio works on residential and commercial projects, with a focus on quality, functionality and detail. Its services include architectural design, construction supervision and integral consultancy from planning to key decisions, optimising resources and ensuring the design is built with precision.
Volumen’s houses and boutique hostels in Mérida are designed as functional and aesthetic spaces in harmony with their setting. Its client-facing language emphasises listening and identity: each project should be a personal, purpose-built volume rather than a repeatable template.
