Tensocret

Tensocret S.A. de C.V. is a Querétaro company that since 2012 has designed and manufactured prestressed and post-tensioned precast concrete in Querétaro and the Bajío region, drawing on more than 25 years of accumulated team experience in the design and construction of prestressed elements. Its corporate offices are in Centro Sur, Santiago de Querétaro, and its production plant is in Colón, next to the airport, serving the Bajío industrial corridor and central Mexico with its own fleet.

In plant it manufactures ready-to-erect pieces: prestressed, open-web and tubular joists, beams, joist and vault block systems, semi hollow-core slabs, hollow-core facade walls, precast grandstands for sports facilities, polystyrene coffers and slabs, pavers, blocks and vibro-compressed segments. Each system is sized to the structural design required by the project.

Tensocret supports clients with free quotations, take-offs from drawings, site visits and advice from engineers and architects specialising in precast concrete. Its solutions are used in housing, commercial and educational buildings, sports facilities and infrastructure, shortening slab construction times compared with cast-in-place systems.
