About Technal
Technal is a company aluminium systems brand for windows, facades and doors based in Toulouse (Occitanie). Its activity focuses on its aluminium joinery solutions for housing and commercial buildings.
When specifying facades, separate the load-bearing system from the finish: profile, glass and joint work together, and a failure in one compromises the whole. Technical documentation, testing and component compatibility matter as much as the final appearance. Maintenance should also be planned from the outset: access for cleaning, joint replacement and hardware spares extends service life without major works.
For the specifier, system traceability — profiles, hardware, gaskets and glazing approved together — reduces incompatibility risks on site and eases documentary justification. The network of authorised processors and installers also matters, because a good system badly installed performs worse than a modest system well executed.
