Studio Puisto Architects

Studio Puisto Architects is a Helsinki studio founded in 2014 and specialised in hospitality and tourism architecture with a holistic approach. Puisto means park in Finnish, a nod to its guiding principle of designing sustainably for people and nature.

The studio offers sustainable urban planning, architecture and interior design, with projects ranging from hotels and resorts to saunas, wellness centres and nature destinations. Its work has been recognised internationally, including by Wallpaper magazine.

It suits hospitality developers seeking experiences rooted in the Nordic landscape. Its multidisciplinary approach joins wellbeing, sustainability and a sense of place in buildings designed to endure and connect with their natural surroundings.
