Studio Architektoniczne Kwadrat

Gdynia studio with roots in 1986 in the Architecture Department of Gdansk Institute of Technology, devoted to housing, hotels and offices in the Tri-City area, with a style linked to residential real-estate development.

In its day-to-day work, the studio accompanies each project from site and brief analysis through technical documentation and site supervision, coordinating structure, services and finishes so that the initial idea reaches construction intact.

For anyone looking for a practice in Poland, this office offers a solid reference: a practice with built work, a clear approach and an identifiable base in its city, useful for a residential commission as well as for a public or commercial project.
