About Retex
Retex, under the legal name Recubrimientos Texturizados, is a Mexican company active since 1981 in waterproofing and protection products for construction. Its catalogue includes cementitious and acrylic waterproofers under the Sellotex and Selloflex lines, plus mortars, grouts, sealers, waterstops, concrete additives and decorative waterproof coatings.
The company serves homes, buildings and civil works with systems for roofs, walls, tanks, basements and wet areas, certified under ISO 9001. Its products are supplied with technical data sheets and application guidance, helping applicators prepare substrates and choose the right system for each exposure.
Retex sells through distributors and direct sales across Mexico, with an emphasis on continuity of its classic lines and technical support. Its profile combines waterproofing with a wider range of construction chemicals, making it a regular supplier for maintenance, repair and new-build work.
