About Ramón Esteve Estudio
Ramón Esteve Estudio is the Valencia practice founded in 1991 by Ramón Esteve, combining architecture, interior design and product design. Its work covers private houses, hotels, offices and cultural and healthcare buildings, with a serene aesthetic based on light, geometry and natural materials, seen in houses such as the Huerta House and the Sardinera House.
Before signing, agree in writing on the scope of each phase, the deliverables, the fees and the timescales, and ask who coordinates structure, services and site supervision. A clear initial definition avoids costly changes once the project is under way.
Finally, confirm which procedures the practice will handle, what documentation it delivers at the end of each phase and how monitoring will work during construction. A well-documented commission protects the client and lets the project advance without interruption.
