About Molins Design
When commissioning an interior, define from the outset how each room will really be used, how many people will use it and the style sought, because those decisions shape layout, lighting and finish choices. It also helps to say which existing pieces should be kept and what the indicative budget is for design, works and furniture.
To start, request an initial meeting with plans or photographs of the space, approximate measurements and examples of rooms you like. Ask about project scope, phased fees, design and works timescales, and whether the studio coordinates trades and suppliers through to final handover.
