About Meltex Oy Plastics
Meltex Oy Plastics, founded in 1993, is a Finnish manufacturer of plastic construction products, with its own production in Finland. It makes pipes, chambers, geotextiles, pumping stations and insulated pipe systems for municipal infrastructure and buildings.
Its offer includes polyethylene pressure pipes for drainage and sewerage, polypropylene sewer pipes for buildings and underground use, cable protection pipes and flexible pre-insulated pipes for heating and domestic water. This breadth makes it useful both in buried networks and in plot and building installations.
With plants in Jyväskylä, Kuhmoinen and other locations, Meltex combines manufacturing, warehousing and direct sales to professionals. For infrastructure contractors, it is a domestic alternative with in-house production, product environmental documentation and a range aimed at installation in Nordic conditions.
