Luminalco, S.A. is a Guatemalan company based in Guatemala City, specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of glazed structures. Its work focuses on architectural glass solutions, where structure and enclosure must be resolved together.

When specifying architectural glass, colour or thickness alone is not enough: safety, solar control, insulation and breakage behaviour all need review. Each building has different requirements depending on orientation, height and use.

It is advisable to request the cutting list, fixing details, and a maintenance and cleaning plan for the glazed surfaces. For large-format structures, transport and lifting logistics should also be agreed before manufacture.
