About Léon Grosse
Léon Grosse is a French construction and civil-works company based in Aix-les-Bains, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. A family-owned builder founded in 1881, specialising in building, energy renovation, facades and heritage work.
In building, the usual scope covers structure and shell, envelopes and finishes coordinated with the technical trades. Anyone seeking a builder of this profile should check its experience in the specific building type, its local presence and its ability to take the job as general contractor or in packages.
In practice, refurbishment and new build need different teams, and not every office covers both. Checking recent references in the same use — housing, offices, public facilities — avoids surprises over programme and finishes.
