About KWK Promes
Studio founded in 1999 in Katowice by Robert Konieczny, internationally recognised for concept-driven architecture based on spatial ideas, with works such as Konieczny's Ark, the Safe House with moving walls and the Przelomy Dialogue Centre in Szczecin, World Building of the Year 2016.
In its day-to-day work, the studio accompanies each project from site and brief analysis through technical documentation and site supervision, coordinating structure, services and finishes so that the initial idea reaches construction intact.
For anyone looking for a practice in Poland, this office offers a solid reference: a practice with built work, a clear approach and an identifiable base in its city, useful for a residential commission as well as for a public or commercial project.
