Kreate Group Oyj

Kreate Group is one of Finland's leading infrastructure constructors, specialising in demanding projects. It offers solutions for bridges, roads and railways, special foundations, environmental construction and geotechnics, and is listed on Nasdaq Helsinki with its head office in Tuusula.

Its activity covers the delivery of infrastructure and civil works, with work planning, plant and materials management, quality control and coordination with authorities, owners and other contractors. Projects typically demand tight schedules, site safety and durable solutions for the Nordic climate.

For authorities and developers, it is worth assessing its track record on comparable works, risk management and environmental approach, including material recycling and protection of surroundings during construction. Experience in alliances and demanding contracts is a good indicator.
