Kingspan Insulation

Kingspan Insulation, part of the Irish Kingspan group, manufactures rigid insulation at its British plant at Pembridge, near Leominster, Herefordshire. Its Kooltherm, Therma and K-Roc ranges cover floors, walls, roofs and facades, with high thermal performance in reduced thicknesses.

High-performance rigid insulation makes it possible to meet thermal requirements without excessively thickening the envelope, valuable in refurbishments and facades with limited space. Choice between PIR, phenolic and mineral wool depends on the system, fire behaviour and junction details.

Kingspan offers U-value calculation, technical support and documentation for specifiers, and works through distributors and contractors. At design stage, it is important to validate product, thickness and construction detail against the manufacturer's current documentation.
