Kapsimalis Architects

Kapsimalis Architects is an architecture practice based in Fira (South Aegean, Greece), specialising in architecture for private houses, retail, cultural spaces and hotels in Santorini, with a minimalist reinterpretation of Cycladic style.

The practice commonly works on homes, hotels and workplaces, and its value lies in solving programme, light, material and context together, without separating a building's image from its daily functioning.

For a developer or a private client, the most useful step is to review comparable projects, timescales and the exact scope of services before commissioning a study, and to confirm in writing what each phase includes.
