About Joan Miquel Seguí Arquitectura
Joan Miquel Seguí Arquitectura is the Palma practice led by architect Joan Miquel Seguí, specialising in exclusive tailor-made houses in Mallorca. Its work combines precise geometry, Mediterranean light and fine materials in villas with pools, courtyards and terraces, such as Villa Montferrutx, Villa Horizon and Villa Seaside around Palma.
At the first conversation it helps to specify the intended use, the number of users, hours of use and technical requirements such as accessibility, acoustics or energy efficiency. With that information the team can assess the real scope, the phases of work and the consultants to coordinate.
To compare proposals, ask for a phased schedule and separate estimates for design, site supervision and administrative procedures. Ask too how unforeseen issues will be handled and what margin is allowed for adjustments during construction.
