About IsoHemp
IsoHemp is a Belgian company based in Fernelmont that makes hemp blocks for construction and insulation. Its blocks combine hemp hurd with a lime-based binder to build insulating walls, partitions and envelopes with a low environmental footprint.
The product works for new build and renovation, offering thermal and acoustic insulation together with moisture buffering and fire behaviour suited to masonry construction. It can be left exposed, plastered or used inside a timber or concrete frame.
IsoHemp is one of the pioneers of hemp construction in Belgium, and its blocks are specified by architects and self-builders looking for a bio-based, healthy and durable building material.
