About Impermeabilizantes Solpro
Impermeabilizantes Solpro is a Guatemalan company founded in 1978 in Guatemala City, supplying construction products and services with a focus on waterproofing. Its track record places it among the specialist suppliers in the local market.
Waterproofing fails more often because of substrate preparation and detailing — joints, drains, wall junctions — than because of the product itself. That is why a technical visit and diagnosis should come before any system is applied.
It is also important to clarify whether the work includes a leakage warranty, for how long, and what maintenance it requires. A system without scheduled maintenance loses effectiveness much sooner than expected.
