Ice Corp

Ice Corp provides air conditioning, refrigeration, mechanical ventilation, and electrical services. Its presentation includes residential, commercial, and industrial system installation, thermal load studies, and projects using direct expansion, chilled water, and variable refrigerant systems. In this field, coordination with architecture connects technical decisions with space, use, and operating conditions. Specialist analysis contributes information for defining solutions compatible with the overall objectives and requirements of a proposed construction or renovation project.

Selecting a system requires understanding room dimensions, intended use, and installation conditions. Equipment, power supply, positioning, and maintenance need coordination with architecture and technical documentation for the selected configuration, establishing responsibilities and included services before work is scheduled. The choice of disciplines should follow the problem being addressed and interfaces with the rest of the team, helping define the technical involvement required for an assignment.

For a technical inquiry, useful background includes available drawings, location, proposed use, and known facility conditions. This information helps define the disciplines and study stages involved, connecting expected deliverables with architectural work and with the requirements of construction or the future operation of the property.
