About Heatherwick Studio
Heatherwick Studio is a design and architecture studio founded in London in 1994 by Thomas Heatherwick, working from a combined studio and workshop in King's Cross. It creates buildings, spaces, masterplans, objects and infrastructure, with a team of architects, designers and makers.
Its hallmark is a problem-solving, craft-led approach in which ideas are tested through models, prototypes and close attention to materials and detail. Public spaces and distinctive buildings are central to its portfolio.
Clients looking for a highly original design approach may find Heatherwick's combination of architecture, engineering and making distinctive. The Argyle Street address and phone are confirmed by Companies House-derived listings; the general email is from directory listings rather than the current official homepage.
