Grupo IGS is a Mexican group founded in 1997 that began as a manager and developer of industrial real estate. It manages more than 9 million square feet of industrial property and has built more than 16,000 homes through its platforms.
Its speciality is real-estate investment and development on two platforms: industrial —including purchase, leasing and build-to-suit construction of distribution centres, factories and warehouses— and residential land, which it has developed since 2009. It is a signatory of the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI).
