Grupo GMI

Grupo GMI is a Mexican company founded in 1958, dedicated to developing and manufacturing modular and industrial building systems. From its production plant of more than 80,000 m2 in San Juan del Río (Querétaro), it designs and manufactures patented construction systems that make it possible to build projects of any scale in record time.

Its portfolio includes systems such as Intraspace, a three-dimensional structure of nodes and galvanised steel tubes for large spans; Intracel, expanded polystyrene insulating panels for walls, facades and lightened slabs; extruded PVC panels for walls and partitions; the Intralock mezzanine floor system and Intrasigma beams, as well as storage systems for industry and logistics.

The company serves the industrial, logistics, commercial, aeronautical, education, health and housing sectors, with more than 48,000 projects completed in Mexico and Latin America. It operates under a vertically integrated model combining design, manufacturing and assembly, and holds ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certifications.
