About Groupe IDEC
Groupe IDEC is a French construction and civil-works company based in Paris, in the Île-de-France region. A global property operator and turnkey builder, a reference for logistics and industrial buildings.
In building, the usual scope covers structure and shell, envelopes and finishes coordinated with the technical trades. Anyone seeking a builder of this profile should check its experience in the specific building type, its local presence and its ability to take the job as general contractor or in packages.
In practice, refurbishment and new build need different teams, and not every office covers both. Checking recent references in the same use — housing, offices, public facilities — avoids surprises over programme and finishes.
