About Gracia Studio
Gracia Studio is architect Jorge Gracia's studio in Tijuana, Baja California, recognised for its residential architecture in the Tijuana–San Diego border area. Its work starts from building systems and direct collaboration with local artisans and trades.
Among its best-known works is the Endémico Hotel in Valle de Guadalupe, along with numerous houses and developments in Tijuana and Baja California. In 2012 it launched the area's first Practical Architecture School, where students work alongside blacksmiths, carpenters and other craftspeople.
The studio offers architectural design, development and construction for housing and hospitality, alongside teaching through the Escuela Libre de Arquitectura. It is based in Tijuana's Zona Norte, at the corner of Avenida Revolución and Calle Coahuila.
