About Glas Italia
Glas Italia is an Italian company founded in 1970 in Macherio, Lombardy, specialising in glasswork for furniture, accessories and interior architecture. Heir to a family glass tradition from the early twentieth century, it collaborates with international designers and produces pieces in extra-clear, coloured and satin glass.
Its offer includes tables, bookcases, display cabinets, mirrors, doors, partitions and glass cladding for homes, offices and contract projects, with high-precision laminating, bending and toughening processes. Its Macherio headquarters, renovated by Piero Lissoni, is itself a showcase of glass architecture, with a U-profile facade and crystal partitions.
Glas Italia is specified in design-led homes, hotels, offices and commercial spaces, where glass acts as both a structural and decorative material. Its mastery of crystal and its collaboration with contemporary design place it among Italy's reference brands for interior glass.
