gad Design Group

gad is an architectural design studio based in Hangzhou that works for developers and public clients on housing, offices, culture and retail, with a stated focus on solving the brief, the site and the use before fixing the form.

Its portfolio combines residential projects and public facilities with urban interventions in which landscape, light and the sequence of public spaces carry weight comparable to the building itself.

For an architecture directory it is useful as a high-volume studio in the Yangtze Delta, although its contact details should be confirmed before publication, as they come from directories rather than its contact page.
