Franco+Berriel Lighting Design

Franco+Berriel Lighting Design works in architectural lighting design for buildings and urban spaces. The office continues earlier stages identified as Franco Associados and Franco+Fortes, connecting light, composition, and use requirements across programs at different scales and in both indoor and outdoor environments within architectural projects. In this field, coordination with architecture connects technical decisions with space, use, and operating conditions. Specialist analysis contributes information for defining solutions compatible with the overall objectives and requirements of a proposed construction or renovation project.

Specialist work should begin with sufficient information about the building, site, and objectives of an intervention. Models, assumptions, and deliverables need coordination with architecture and other disciplines, allowing results to inform drawings, design decisions, and the scheduling of stages within the construction of a particular building or facility.

This profile is relevant to teams seeking specialist analysis within a building or infrastructure project. Defining an assignment should identify available information, interfaces with other disciplines, and operational objectives, so that each study addresses a specific need within the broader scope and requirements of the project.
