About Feldman Architecture
Feldman Architecture is an architecture and interiors studio connecting its work with people, site conditions, and regenerative practices. The relationship between program, layout, and context is central when considering services of this kind: spatial decisions need to respond to planned activities, site characteristics, and the needs of people using the facilities.
Its process begins with workshops and conversations to identify project goals and constraints. Site exploration and collaboration with clients guide a design approach responding to surroundings and to the activities of people using each space. Reviewing references by program and context helps identify which aspects of the practice can respond to the priorities of a particular assignment and its intended users.
An initial inquiry benefits from identifying the building use, location, approximate area, and whether the assignment involves new construction or an existing property. Reviewing comparable projects helps frame a discussion about scope, design stages, and coordination with the specialists required for the proposed work.
