Delta Membrane Systems

Delta Membrane Systems, based at North Weald, near Epping, is a British manufacturer and supplier of structural waterproofing systems, including Type A, B and C waterproofing, damp proofing, basement drainage, flood resilience and ground-gas protection. It is the British arm of German manufacturer Dörken.

Its speciality is the cavity-drain system: studded membranes creating a drained air gap on walls and floors, with water collected to sump pumps. This approach manages water rather than trying to block it completely, which is especially useful in refurbishments of older buildings.

Delta works with architects, specifiers and a nationwide network of registered installers offering guaranteed installation. At design stage, it is worth defining the waterproofing type, drainage system and maintenance plan for pumps and alarms.
