Crown Paints is one of the UK's largest paint manufacturers, headquartered and historically manufactured in Darwen, Lancashire, with a second plant in Hull and a network of over 130 decorating centres.

Its professional brands include Crown Trade, Sandtex Trade and Sadolin, alongside the Crown household brand, covering interior, exterior, wood and masonry paints.

For professional work, the usual criteria are coverage, washability, exterior durability and decorating-centre availability, plus the full primer and finish system.
