About CPDA Arquitectos
The studio focuses on converting underused buildings, activating built heritage and strategic densification in complex contexts. Projects such as Casa Jardín Escandón, 139 Schultz and the CLIP HQ offices have won national and international awards, including the National Architecture and Interior Design Prize and the Architecture MasterPrize.
Its methodology starts from a deep diagnosis of each case, analysing urban context, structural condition, regulatory potential and technical feasibility before proposing any form. Using BIM tools and passive solutions, CPDA treats sustainability as a structural decision aimed at optimising resources and improving long-term habitability.
