About Ciments Vigier SA
Ciments Vigier SA, known as Vigier Ciment, makes cement in the Reuchenette gorge near Péry in the canton of Bern, a tradition dating back to the late nineteenth century. It belongs to Vigier Holding and the Vicat group and presents itself as a pioneer of Swiss Portland cement production.
It produces cements for concrete, precast work and infrastructure, with its own quarry and a transport company organising just-in-time deliveries to concrete plants. Its work focuses on regional construction, with certified products and deep roots around Biel and the Bernese Jura.
For projects in French-speaking Switzerland and the western Mittelland, Vigier Ciment offers local supply backed by long industrial experience. The current range and delivery lead times should be confirmed, as trade names vary by cement type.
