About CBS Constructores
CBS Constructores, the trading name of Constructora Boquín Suárez y Asociados, is a Honduran company founded in 1999 and devoted to the design, execution and marketing of real-estate projects in Central America. According to its own site, it has designed more than 4,000 housing units and managed, built and administered over 1,200 homes nationwide.
Its activity centres on creating new residential communities, with projects underway and in development in Comayagua, Tegucigalpa and Juticalpa. They include Lomas del Río, Brisas de Agua Azul, Colinas del Sur and Paseo Agalta, planned as organised neighbourhoods with access control, green areas and shared spaces.
Beyond homebuilding, CBS offers remodelling and improvements, floor and ceiling installation, wall finishes and bespoke projects. Its stated vision is to become a benchmark for social housing in Honduras, with a track record combining property development, construction and project management.
