About Bisalloy Steels
Bisalloy Steels is Australia's only manufacturer of high-tensile, abrasion-resistant quenched and tempered steel plate. From its Unanderra plant near Wollongong, it produces BISALLOY plate for mining, construction, mineral processing, agriculture, fabrication, pressure vessels and defence applications.
Its heat-treatment process gives the plate a distinctive combination of hardness, toughness and weldability, allowing thinner, lighter structures where wear resistance and structural integrity are essential. The company also supplies technical support for cutting, forming and welding.
