About Arte Único S.A.
Arte Único S.A. is an architectural design company in Guatemala City, located on the Atlantic Route, which also works in home design and décor. Its profile combines spatial design with the selection of decorative elements, useful for clients seeking a complete atmosphere solution.
When a commission includes décor, separate architectural design from furniture and accessory purchasing, with distinct budgets. That way décor can be adjusted without affecting civil works or structural timescales.
To start, bring plans or measurements, photographs and style references. Ask which services are included — design, supply, installation — and request a schedule that separates the works phase from final furnishing and decoration.
