About ALCHIMICA SA
ALCHIMICA SA is a Greek construction chemicals manufacturer based in Athens. It is known for its HYPERDESMO polyurethane liquid membranes for roof waterproofing, plus sealants, cementitious mortars and protective coatings for building and civil works.
For roofing and waterproofing, it is worth comparing several equivalent solutions, weighing life-cycle cost against initial price and confirming delivery times and local stock before prescribing.
In practice, a good choice in roofing and waterproofing shows in the building's comfort, maintenance and service life, not only on handover day; that is why the solution should be documented in the project and in the user manual.
