7 Steel Nordic Manufacturing, formerly Celsa Armeringsstål, operates the steel melting shop and rolling mill at Mo i Rana in northern Norway, and is one of the leading Nordic producers of reinforcing steel. Its production is largely based on recycled scrap melted in an electric arc furnace, powered by hydropower.

The plant produces billets, reinforcing bars and wire rod mainly for the Nordic construction market, where reinforcing steel is essential for reinforced concrete structures.
